Will we get a second chance after 2008´s disaster?

9/12/2021 Those of us who are already one age, we remember the program “La Segunda Oportunidad”, presented by the endearing Paco Costas, who has now disappeared, where the header was a car that collided with a large rock and, in a second shot, avoided the car, making reference to the title of the program.

That said, the news that is reaching us about the hikes in real estate prices has led me to remember the title of the program, for obvious reasons.

Will we have a second chance to do things right? It is neither ideal nor appropriate to return to a price increase system where only a limited percentage of the population can buy a home.
