Approval of the Housing Law 2022
10/1/2022 The Housing Law. The CGPJ delays its approval, another controversy on the table to start the year.
It is not in vain that the General Council of the Judiciary requires more time to analyze the advisability (and society’s perception of its values when making decisions) of approving the Housing Law.
Where are the limits of private property and the common good? If we could look at it on a case-by-case basis, different decisions would possibly be made.
One for large holders and another for individuals who, based on savings and effort, decide, after many years of the former and many more of the latter, to invest their assets in the purchase of a home. With this they hope to obtain an income that, together with their pension, will help them to live with dignity.
Do you think they have it easy?
